But the elements that made the recent Bracco Diagnostics National Sales Meeting a success-full-service capabilities, technical expertise, creative flair-are the same factors that have built the Media Matrix reputation for excellence over the past several years. The 4-day Bracco Diagnostics meeting, held recently in Florida, blended many aspects of high-quality business communications to create a memorable and high-impact experience for the attendees.
The kickoff for the event was an arrival night Product Fair trade show, for which Media Matrix provided both creative design and technical support for exhibits that spotlighted the best and brightest of Bracco Diagnostics products.
Instead of a traditional product presentation within the confines of a typical business meeting, all product information was conveyed to the sales force via this internal product trade show. The sales force was able to move from booth to booth and obtain information, see product demonstrations and talk directly to the marketing managers for each of Bracco's existing and new products. Interactive touch screen programs, golf simulations, surfing emulators, and even a custom designed character costume - an exact replica of their largest selling product Isovueä - were all employed to entice visitors into the booths. "It reached the point where product managers were competing with each other to see who could come up with the most entertaining, exciting display area," said Media Matrix President Michael Olenski.
