The Media Matrix involvement continued with full creative support for the business meeting segments: audio-visual equipment and staging, video production, computer presentations, creation of musical song parodies and theme/décor development for the event's "Mardi Gras Night" celebration. For the incentive awards ceremony-"The Renaissance Awards"-Media Matrix provided room decor, AV support, special effects, even place settings and centerpieces, all fitting for an elegant evening. A closing candids video module, featuring scenes of the attendees captured by a video crew on-site over the four day event, closed out an entertaining and rewarding meeting. What's more, the smooth unfolding of the National Sales Meeting was an impressive demonstration of the versatile capabilities offered by Media Matrix.
