
The mission, for the meeting producer who
chose to accept it, was a formidable one:
produce virtually every element of the Year 2000 Global Sales Conference
for Covance,
a global clinical research and trials organization, who had invited attendees
from around the
world to gather at the Indian River Plantation
Resort in Stuart, Florida. The objectives were
clearmotivate, educate and entertainin
ways that appealed to an international
audience. And the theme had been assigned; it
was to be a "Mission: Possible" motif, using
references to the hit TV show and movie
"Mission: Impossible."
Only one operative was suited for this challenging mission: Media Matrix. They came through in ways that used their full-service capabilities to maximum effect, and created an exciting and memorable event that met every objective.

wanted a spectacular event that got their Mission: Possible message across
on a number of different levels and through various media," said Media Matrix

to videos, from the complete staging of all elements
to managing live entertainment."
